1. Purpose, values and vision

Is communication readily available to guide employees, clients, suppliers and local community on your purpose, values and vision for the future?

a. This activity has not been undertaken yet
b. Some documentation for clients regarding our values and vision is available as required
c. Our purpose, values and vision are consistently available for employees, clients, suppliers, and local community throughout all our internal and external communication

2. Sustainable Procurement

How much is known about the sustainability maturity of your supplier base?

a. We do not have a system in place and are not yet aware of the skilled or risk elements in our supply chain
b. This is a work in progress for us. We have developed certain tools and are gradually attaining an overview of the level of sustainability competencies of our suppliers
c. We have strong visibility over who has policies and certifications in place, as well as who is open to collaboration on specific sustainable projects. We also know which of our suppliers represent a risk to our reputation and are working to find solutions

3. Employees Consultation

To what extent do employees contribute to the sustainability plan?

a. Employees have not yet been asked to share their views. Progress against our goals will be shared in due course
b. Periodic consultation communicates the significant issues for employees. Employees are kept informed on progress against company goals
c. Employees have several channels to regularly communicate ideas and concerns, including feedback on the general direction and progress of the sustainability plan

4. Training

How is competence to support the sustainability plan ensured for employees?

a. Communications and support documents are shared ie checklists, articles, newsletters, sector meetings and presentations
b. Inhouse awareness raising sessions and communication of sustainability goals take place periodically
c. Each employee receives regular guidance on how their role contributes to the sustainability plan, the tools to use and the procedures to follow

5. Sustainability Performance Evaluation

Is progress against sustainability goals monitored and measured?

a. Goals are defined but results are not yet monitored
b. Goals and various indicators are defined, enabling us to monitor and measure progress
c. Goals and indicators are defined, and progress is recorded. Additionally results are evaluated and plans adapted to ensure improvements in performance
